Graham Ellis

Graham joined REM in January 2024, bringing over 30 years’ experience working in operational departments across a number of industries, including Insurance, Financial Services, Banking and Employee Benefits, where he has held a number of senior roles, including Head of UK Operations.

Graham has extensive experience in leading diverse teams across various sites and countries, coordinating activities to achieve challenging goals, skills he honed as a former Territorial Army Officer (Royal Engineers) with 16 years’ service. He holds a Six Sigma Process Improvement qualification and brings a wealth of experience organising projects and implementing improvements in the way businesses run.
