Michael Baker

Michael has 30 years’ experience of central London markets and has held senior executive-management positions for a number of London’s leading property companies, including London Development Director for Grosvenor, Head of UK Development for Quintain plc and UK Offices Director for Hammerson plc.
He has managed large commercial and residential investment portfolios and delivered more than 20 major London development projects.
Michael holds an honours degree from the University of Westminster in Urban Estate Management and is a chartered surveyor and member of the British Council for Offices and CoreNet Global.
