Paul Welterveden
BEng (Hons) CEng, MICE
Paul is a chartered engineer with over 25 years' experience in the Central London market, having held senior management positions for several of London’s leading real estate property companies, including Land Securities Plc and Jones Lang LaSalle.
He has experience leading and managing significant complex mixed-use commercial and residential developments in central London. Paul has experience in land acquisition, planning, joint venture structuring, financing, development leasing and sales from his time in business.
Paul holds both a honours and a master's degree in Engineering.
