Phil Jacobs

Philip is a Chartered Surveyor with 28 years of experience in the UK real estate market, and as REM’s Asset Manager, is responsible for asset management strategy and leasing across the portfolio.
Philip’s previous employment has included senior roles at GE Capital and PGIM Real Estate. Philip benefits from a broad perspective of mainstream and alternative asset classes with responsibility for both Originations and Asset Management functions.
Philip holds an honours degree in Land Management from Reading University and a master’s degree in Property Investment from Cass Business School.
